- once the site opens in the web browser, click the star to favorite the site and always have easy access to it

- Click Documents to view the files saved in the SharePoint site

**From here please use method 1 to access SharePoint, files can be moved from File Explorer to the SharePoint easily

**Bookmark/Favorite and Save SharePoint Sites

OneDrive

OneDrive is the Blue Cloud Icon in your bottom right of the taskbar next to the Time and Date

most of these issues can be resolved by clicking the OneDrive icon > clicking the gear icon > and quitting > then search OneDrive and reopen

Can also open Task manager > sort by processes > scroll to find any OneDrive processes and end them > reopen OneDrive

FIles not opening to most recent version:

1.Check OneDrive is open and up to date

2. Reopen from SharePoint Site on the Web

3. Follow Article "Browser cleanup and updates"

4.Reopen from SharePoint , Try reboot and reopen from SharePoint again.

If those don't work then Check Version History, SharePoint Site > documents > three dots next to the file > version history

Reopen with correct version: From here it should save the most recent version, if it does not then you can save a copy of the up to date version, rename the original, and then rename the copy to the original and save it back into SharePoint

Fastest way to Save a File into SharePoint Shared Drive = Start the File in SharePoint where it will be located

This will automatically save it to the Cloud in the correct location.
