SharePoint on the Web:

  • Go to Portal.Office.com > Login > once logged in, go to the dots in the upper left and click to find Microsoft apps > go to SharePoint

  1. From here, it should save the most recent version. If it does not, then you can save a copy of the up-to-date version, rename the original, and then rename the copy to the original and save it back into SharePoint
  2. The fastest way to save a File into the SharePoint Shared Drive is to save the file in SharePoint, where it will be located
  3. This will automatically save it to the Cloud in the correct location.
